SprayStop Expanded Paper paint arrestors are disposable paint overspray collectors that are designed to prevent paint solids from reaching the exhaust stack.
Multi-Layer Design ensures full loading and long life. Composed of several layers of slit and expanded paper.
These layers form a progressively dense weave, open on the air entry side and gradually becoming tighter toward the air exit side.
These progressively dense layers ensure long life and full depth loading through the paint arrestor.
Multiple Capacities and Efficiencies to Meet Individual Needs
Available in different efficiency and capacity levels to meet the filtration requirements of individual paint booths.
Designed to hold up to twice the overspray before changing is required.
Polyester backing is also available to help increase the overall efficiency needed for very finely atomized overspray particles.

Filtech Paint Arrestors follow the industry standards by complying with N.F.P.A Standard No. 33 and the current policies of OSHA, by removing flame-retardant salts from the media. This eliminates toxic gases during incineration as well as phosphates and sulfates leaching out of the landfill. This also helps to meet state and municipal codes and requirements.

Fiberglass Paint Arrestor
Designed specifically for economical paint overspray collection.
The media is approximately 2" thick and is constructed of thousands of continuous filament glass fibers formed into a progressively dense blanket or pad.
This graduated density forces paint particles to permeate the entire filter pad from back to front.
Full depth loading provides longer service life and less downtime.
An excellent paint arrestor for all types of paints and coatings.
This media effectively removes overspray solids from lacquers, air dry enamels and bake enamels.
Utilizes a unique thermoset bonding resin which provides superior compression strength.
This specialized component allows each pad to spring back to full thickness upon removal from the carton.
Superior resiliency means the product can be bulk packaged, resulting in low storage space requirements and better coatings collection performance.

High Efficiency Synthetic Paint Arrestor
Extremely durable paint arrestor composed of 100% multi-denier synthetic fibers.
These fibers are arranged in a progressively dense configuration. Course on the air entering side and becoming finer toward the air exiting side of the media. This graduated density allows paint particles to permeate the pad from the back to front.
This full depth loading provides up to 96% removal efficiency when used to collect aerospace primers and powder coat materials. With longer service life and less downtime, the unique capabilities protect against stack contamination and provides maximum achievable control of chromate-laden primers and other coating materials.
The upstream side is red in color, while the downstream side is tinted purple to ensure correct installation.
The binders used are acrylic with no harmful halogens used.
